Acceptance

These terms govern use of the Tech By Hephzibah website and services. By using the website, submitting a request, scheduling, purchasing, paying, or using services, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

Services are intended for individuals at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements.

No Automatic Client Relationship

Submitting a form, email, request, consultation booking, or payment does not automatically create a client relationship. Services begin after review, acceptance, agreement on scope and pricing, and any required agreement.

Payments and Refunds

Payment may be required in advance, by deposit, by milestone, or upon completion. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Completed consultations, delivered services, completed milestones, custom configurations, completed training, website work, support, research, planning, and work already performed are generally non-refundable.

Technology, AI, Privacy, and Security

Technology and AI systems may fail, produce incorrect results, experience outages, or behave unexpectedly. No service or recommendation can guarantee complete privacy, anonymity, security, compatibility, uninterrupted operation, protection from all threats, or specific outcomes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for accurate information, timely responses, lawful use, account ownership, final decisions, and maintaining current backups before services are performed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech By Hephzibah is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages. Any liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
